Control the amount of outside air input into your combustion chamber by installing this Fresh Air Damper at the rear of the stove and connect the fresh-air pip at the other end. The end that has the metal clasp adaptor is the end that connects to the stub at the rear of the stove. The other end fits inside the fresh air pipe which is usually a 2 inch flex pipe. Outside diameter of the pipe is almost 2 inches (1-7/8 inches). A 2 inch flex pipe will fit around the outside of this pipe stub and can be clamped. Actual Pipe Size is 1-1/2" Diameter, 9 inches long, and includes two connecting pipes plus the connecting gasket with clamps.
